For a moment our of time and timelessness
I can be here with you
You have not gone or are going
The essence of thee enters and returns from the essence of me
With you dear being of earth and stars I commune
I give thee my forehead full of longing
I give thee my fingers full of love
When my fingers caress your face
I know deeper than your grainy face
When my forehead kisses your face I know
deeper than your surface formed hard terrain.
For a moment our of time
I can be here with you in deep timelessness
For a breath our of place I can
be here with you in deep placelessness
I can let the rears fall that I dare not reveal
Your steady immovable presence opens
a portal between the realms
and all the realms merge into
a perfect slip stream
where dreams and tears and whisper and longing
all dissolve
reunited into the place where union never departed.
